Imperial Sugar Building
In the picture above, the Imperial Sugar Main Manufacturing Building at night sports a traditional bright blue and red Imperial Sugar Trademark and sign overlooking the City of Sugar Land.
The white lights in the picture is the top of a giant cross that Imperial Sugar always displayed in their building during Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. They did this by turning out all the lights in the factory except for the specific ones from the top of the building to the bottom. The cross could be seen for miles.
It is hoped by many that the tradition will continue, but it is feared that the anti-God politically correct crowd may lobby to have the practice stopped. Time will tell.
